Aesthetic Electrolysis & Skin Care Center is owned by Heather E. Culver, who has been certified and practicing electrology since 1997.  She has opened and operated successful offices in Texas, New York and now in Carmel, Indiana. 

Heather began her career shortly after studying Biology/Pre-Med at Texas Woman’s University and while working with a local Dermatologist. She studied Electrology at Absolute Electrolysis Training Center in Houston, TX, where she graduated in 1997.  After extensive research into the field, she discovered that not only had electrolysis been around since 1875; it had been clinically proven to be safe and effective.  In fact, it is the ONLY hair removal method that exists today that is FDA approved as PERMANENT. 

She later went out on her own so she could expand/move her business in other areas & educate the public while giving them exceptional service.  She is an active member of the American Electrology Association & follows the AEA ‘Standards of Practice for Electrologists’ & ‘Infection Control Standards for the Practice of Electrology’ including state regulations.  Heather understands the importance of wellness and therefore offers permanent makeup, massage therapy, skin care services and revolutionary home care products in addition to permanent hair removal.  In fact, due to her extensive medical training and background, she and her staff goes above and beyond what is expected in sterilization procedures and always respects each individuals’ needs, concerns and privacy.
